Second. This Customer opened 5 ticket in 1 hour with same information and spamming our ticket system and then report that we delete his tickets . below i just listed our support response to spamming. 08/08/2011 11:52 We just delete the ticket because to spamming our ticket system . We just explain and did according our TOS that you signed . PLEASE STOP SPAMMING AND REPLY ON FIRST TICKET THAT OPENED . I HOPE UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEANS Until now his account is active and he can use it .and if have problem with connecting he can allow our supports to connect with teamviewer to his PC and solve problem if he can not solve problem on his end .
