I had no problem at all using StrongVPN for the past year or so. Suddenly, I'm unable to log on without having to go through tech support. One tech installed a handy-dandy client interface - which stopped working. So one of the techs removed it, and got a connection for me. It was never explained to me why I was unable to connect on my own. Tech support seemed to know what they were doing, but never said (or typed) a word to me about what the problem was. Chatting up tech support should not be part of the log in routine!
I'm going elsewhere!
