My main purpose was to give Boxee a try without country limitations for movies and tv series. The setup on Linux was very easy in my opinion, it basically worked out of the box and the speed was enough to allow me to play streaming videos without buffering problems. I did not have the need to contact the support, so I cannot provide a review on that… but I guess that not having the need to contact the support is a positive feedback on its own
