Suddenly, I&#8217;m unable to log on without having to go through tech support.  One tech installed a handy-dandy client interface &#8211; which stopped working. So one of the techs removed it, and got a connection for me. It was never explained to me why I was unable to connect on my own. Tech support seemed to know what they were doing, but never said (or typed) a word to me about what the problem was. Chatting up tech support should not be part of the log in routine!<br />
I&#8217;m going elsewhere!</p>
