It makes setting up VPN fast and easy process. The only quirk that I encountered so far, is that when I put my Win7 PC to sleep/hibernation while connected to VPN, connection is lost after waking up and I need to reboot to make it work properly again. I had to search the forum to find that out. This is an underlying problem with OpenVPN software and is not related to this provider specifically. And now I will be disconnecting from VPN before putting PC to sleep. But anyway, this should be made explicit and not something for a user to find out.
