It is very bad. I’ve spoken to a rep, called Kelly, not only she was unable to respond to my question, but she managed to insulted me without any grounds for that whatsoever!!! This support person was not behaving/responding in a professional manner. I strongly recommend the management to look into that issue. After talking to Kelly, I’ve lost any interest in trying Astrill service..
