I would recommend them to friends and family for the good service they provide. The registration, account information and initial setup was painless and took less than 15mins to complete. The network speed could certainly be improved (tends to run slow during peak hours), but is sufficient to download BitTorrents. The cost is more than reasonable compared to competitors. Overall, I am pleased with the service! Nice work!
