I’m located in Oman, where Internet is very slow (I got 1MB connection speed) and censored! usually, VPN websites are blocked instantly, but ExpressVPN has never been blocked ! Other services slowed down my connection speed (surfing the net), but ExpressVPN did not. Well, I’m not sure about video streaming speed as i have only (1MB) and either ways, it is always slow even without a VPN! download speed slowed though.
