They offer a 3-day refund in the knowledge that there glitches are not normally discovered until after 3 days. The customer service people seemed more interested in picking an argument than helping. The guidelines for setting up with Apple systems are worthless and inaccurate. Don’t attempt unless you know how to figure it out for yourself. There can be considerable degradation in upload speed, to the point that it renders Skype worthless. If you want to listen to some creative BS, just ask some questions to them on the subject. Don’t subscribe longer than one month, and test everything. There customer-service people will show you their true colors when you unmasked the lack of clarity in their performance statements.
