Speed of servers is amazing compared to other providers I have tried. Good range of countries to which to connect. Very convenient range of services that make it usable from nearly everywhere or any device (with openvpn, pptp and proxy). Only thing to improve is that forwarded ports change with every connection and this can cause some trouble depending what do you want to use them for.
